DELIVERY POLICY

We at The Meat Market. understand how important it is to receive your order in the finest condition, and on time. So we use best packaging and try to deliver your order to you as early as possible.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Free Delivery for all orders above $299 in Kingston 

ORDER AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

We will send you a confirmation email of your order, upon receipt of your order on our website. You can also print a copy of your order from the website after you submit the order.  We will contact you to coordinate delivery before sending out your order.

DELIVERY TIMES

We try to deliver your order as soon as possible, within 1-2 business days of order receipt. 

Standard delivery time for orders is 1-3 business days, depending upon the destination of your order.

DELIVERY ERRORS OR DAMAGE

If you are missing an item, or you have received the damaged or wrong product, please contact us at “info@themeatmarket.ca” as soon as possible within 1 business days of receiving the order to report the error or damage.  

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately at “info@themeatmarket.ca”. We will make our best effort to cancel if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.  The Meat Market reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.
