Our Preferred Preparation for Ground Chicken
We think chicken burgers are so underrated. Build your patties using some seasoning, garlic, egg, then roll them in breadcrumbs before getting them going on a skillet. Serve on a bun with a slice of your favorite cheese, tomato, and a thin layer of mayo.
