Our Preferred Preparation for A5 Japanese Wagyu Striploin Steak
We like to keep things simple. Season your A5 Japanese wagyu Rib Eye steak with salt and fresh cracked pepper before pan searing it on high heat, about 1-2 minutes each side. The idea is to achieve a nice, flavourful outer crust.
